Senior Consultant SAP Analytics & Datasphere

INSIRE Consulting a German based SAP Consultancy is searching for a new team member for our growing team in Middle East.

We supports large corporations and upper mid-sized companies in shaping future-proof planning, reporting, and sustainability processes. Our focus is on high-performance SAP analytics landscapes – ranging from traditional BW architectures to SAP Business Data Cloud and hybrid cloud scenarios.

To strengthen our Analytics team, we are looking for an experienced SAP Senior Consultant / Solution Architect with solid architectural expertise and extensive project experience in the SAP Analytics domain.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of complex data and analytics architectures with a focus on SAP Business Data Cloud, particularly SAP Datasphere.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide architectural consulting and design modern reporting and enterprise data platform architectures in the context of SAP Business Data Cloud using SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Take responsibility for enterprise-wide data modeling in SAP Datasphere and SAP BW/4HANA, including transformation, persistence, and virtualization strategies
• Design and implement high-performance integration architectures between S/4HANA (CDS Views, ODP), SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and non-SAP sources using appropriate replication and ELT mechanisms
• Harmonize business semantics and define consistent transformation logic to ensure a reliable “single source of truth” across reporting and planning scenarios
• Develop scalable target architectures considering data governance, role and authorization concepts, data lineage, performance optimization, and lifecycle management
• Analyze and transform existing BW architectures into hybrid or cloud-based target landscapes
• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure quality in line with best practices
• Contribute to the further development of internal architecture standards and mentor consultants

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of project experience in the SAP Analytics environment with proven architectural responsibility
• Strong expertise in SAP BW / BW/4HANA and solid hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere
• Experience designing complex data models, ETL architectures, and semantic layers
• End-to-end project experience (from requirements design to go-live)
• Experience migrating or transforming existing SAP analytics landscapes
• Strong SQL skills; ABAP knowledge in the context of data extraction is an advantage
• Confident client-facing presence, structured working style, and strong consulting capabilities
• Fluent English skills for international project environments; German and/or Arabic language skills are considered an advantage
