Typical Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Preferred: Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CTA) or relevant master’s degree.

5-6 years of transfer pricing experience in a professional services environment.
-
Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS Action 13, and regional TP laws.
Job Role And Responsibilities
Technical & Analytical
-
Leads full workstreams of transfer pricing engagements including functional analyses, benchmarking, economic modelling, and TP documentation.

Reviews benchmarking analyses and technical sections prepared by Associates and Consultants.

Develops TP planning strategies and provides technical input to structuring engagements.
-
Supports broader international tax work including corporate tax, due diligence, and VAT.
Client Delivery & Project Management
-
Serves as main day-to-day contact for client communication and relationship management.
-
Manages multi‑jurisdictional projects, coordinating with global offices and consolidating regional deliverables.
-
Ensures deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
-
Drafts and reviews proposals, reports, and technical memos.
Risk & Quality
-
Ensures compliance with risk processes across engagements.
-
Identifies technical or risk issues proactively and escalates appropriately.
-
Guides junior team members on documentation and risk protocols.
Team Leadership & Internal Responsibilities

Coaches and trains Associates and Consultants, providing structured feedback.

Manages job economics including WIP monitoring, billing, collections, and engagement closure.

Contributes to practice development initiatives including internal training and proposal development.
