Do you instinctively know what makes people stop scrolling on YouTube Shorts & Instagram Reels—and how that attention can turn into real learning?

As an Associate Manager – Content Operations, you’ll work at the intersection of content ideation, instructional storytelling, and execution. Your goal is to help build binge-worthy micro-courses that teach something valuable in minutes—not hours.

🧠 What You’ll Do – Ideation & Micro-Course Thinking

✨ Ideate micro-course concepts based on user needs, pain points & trends

✨ Break complex topics into 2–3 minute learning units

✨ Convert YT/IG trends into educational, high-retention formats

✨ Design content flows like:

Hook → Context → Insight → Takeaway → Curiosity for next video

✨ Constantly ask:

“Isko aur short, sharper aur zyada useful kaise bana sakte hain?”

⚙️ What You’ll Do – Content Operations

📌 Convert ideas into clear briefs for creators, instructors, editors & managers

📌 Coordinate end-to-end execution: ideation → scripting → shoot → edit → publish

📌 Manage content pipelines, trackers & micro-course schedules

📌 Ensure quality checks for clarity, pacing, learning value & retention

📌 Track key metrics like watch time, completion %, saves & re-watches

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong content ideation & instructional storytelling skills

✅ Deep understanding of short-form platforms (YT Shorts, IG Reels)

✅ Ability to think in learning outcomes, not just views

✅ Sharp sense of hooks, sequencing & retention

✅ Balance of creative thinking + operational discipline
