About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Content Generator to join a leading creative agency in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have strong agency experience and currently be working with premium/global brands similar to Mercedes, Apple, BMW, or equivalent luxury/high-profile clients.

This role requires an Arabic-speaking content expert who can develop compelling content strategies, campaigns, and storytelling across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality Arabic and English content for campaigns, social media, digital ads, websites, scripts, and branded content.
• Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas aligned with luxury and premium brand positioning.
• Collaborate with creative, design, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and communication objectives.
• Generate campaign ideas for social, digital, ATL, BTL, and activation projects.
• Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Review and optimize content performance based on engagement and campaign KPIs.
• Present content ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Arabic speaker (Fluent in Arabic & English)
• Currently working in an advertising/creative agency
• Minimum 5+ years of agency experience
• Must have worked on premium/luxury/global brands
• Experience handling brands similar to:
• Mercedes-Benz
• Apple
• BMW
• Luxury/FMCG/Tech premium brands
• Strong portfolio of creative campaigns and content work
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in GCC market is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
• Experience in AI content tools and modern content creation platforms is a plus
