CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced and systems-minded Senior Content Manager to lead the development, governance, and scalability of our content ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with strong editorial judgment, technical fluency with CMS platforms, and a passion for behavioral health.

You’ll oversee the structure, operations, and integrity of our content management system — ensuring content is well-organized, personalized, compliant, and optimized for outcomes. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design and Client Success teams to operationalize workflows and uphold high standards across every content format.

In addition, you’ll own the end-to-end content production process — from concept through publishing — ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with CuraLinc’s clinical and brand standards. This role is critical to helping CuraLinc scale its impact through efficient, clinically grounded, and user-centered content systems.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Own and Manage the CMS, Including Taxonomy, Workflows, Version Control, and Contributor Roles
  • Define and Evolve Modular Content Structures Aligned with Personalization and Clinical Intent
  • Lead Editorial Governance, Clinical Approvals, and Documentation Standards
  • Coordinate Across Content Types — Video, Article, Audio, and Interactive — to Ensure Consistency and Accessibility
  • Own End-to-End Content Production, from Strategy and Planning Through Execution, Publication, and Post-Launch Optimization
  • Build and Refine Scalable Production Workflows, Ensuring Quality, Timeliness, and Compliance Across Teams and Platforms
  • Partner with Stakeholders Across Product, Engineering, Design and Client Success for Seamless Integration
  • Monitor Performance Data and Optimize System-Wide Content Effectiveness
  • Prepare the Content Ecosystem for Future Growth, Localization, and Enterprise Configuration

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 5–7 Years of Experience in Content Management, Editorial Operations, or Digital Content Systems
  • Strong Knowledge of CMS Platforms and Structured Content Models
  • Proven Experience Managing Full-Cycle Content Production and Governance
  • Familiarity with Behavioral Health, Health Tech, or Clinical Communication
  • Excellent Project Management and Documentation Skills
  • Comfortable Collaborating Cross-Functionally and Navigating Complexity
