At Crux, we believe great brands are built on bold ideas and powerful words. We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager who excels at brand storytelling, creative concepting and copywriting—someone who can bring a brand’s voice to life across campaigns, channels and experiences.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and creative writer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll lead the development of brand messaging platforms, write compelling copy for digital and traditional channels, and help shape the creative direction of campaigns. You’ll also support long-form storytelling and social content that deepens audience engagement and drives results.

Lead brand messaging development for a variety of B2B and B2C clients.

Craft compelling copy for websites, campaigns, taglines, headlines, video scripts and social media.

Collaborate with designers and strategists to develop creative concepts and bring them to life.

Write voice-driven content that aligns with brand tone and resonates with target audiences.

Develop long-form content such as blogs, case studies, white papers and web copy that supports broader brand narratives.

Create social media content that’s engaging, on-brand and tailored to each platform.

Conduct competitive messaging audits and present strategic recommendations to clients.

Mentor and oversee junior content team members, supporting their growth and alignment with Crux’s values.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines with clarity and confidence.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in copywriting, brand communications or creative content development.

A portfolio that showcases some combination of brand messaging work, campaign copywriting, long-form storytelling and/or social content.

Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate strategy into compelling content.

Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.

Experience writing across a range of formats—from short-form ads to web copy to thought leadership blogs.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to creative ideation.

Familiarity with SEO and digital content best practices.

Background in marketing, creative agencies or journalism.

Experience leading or co-leading brand workshops or messaging sessions.
