Senior Content Manager - Agency Experience is MUST

Location: Clifton, Karachi (On-site)
Timing: Flexible | 9 hours/day (e.g., 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Saturday: Work From Home with HR Check-In (Alternate Saturdays Off)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Senior Content Manager with 5–7 years of hands-on agency experience. This is a leadership role that requires deep knowledge of SEO, strong content quality control, and experience working with U.S.-based clients, particularly in the healthcare sector.

You will manage a team of writers, ensure content meets strict English and SEO standards, and coordinate with our SEO team and U.S. counterparts using tools like Trello.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a content team
• Assign, track, and manage tasks via Trello
• Review all content for grammar, tone, accuracy, and SEO alignment
• Ensure zero use of AI tools — all content must be original and human-written
• Coordinate closely with the SEO Manager
• Occasionally respond to the U.S. team during their hours (via WhatsApp)
• Maintain daily task sheets and enforce deadlines
• Saturday is WFH (alternate Saturdays off), with mandatory HR check-ins

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of agency experience in content strategy and team management
• Strong grip on SEO content planning and blog frameworks
• Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and style
• Experience managing U.S.-based clients or working across time zones
• Proficiency with Trello or similar project/task management tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
