Senior Content Specialist

Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Content Specialist who canlead and manage content-related activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams and agencies. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide and mentor junior executives while maintaining high standards in content creation and platform management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Planning & Activation:

· Plan and manage activations and content, including coordinating with agencies for smooth execution.

· Ideate and oversee the production of high-quality reels and other engaging content formats.

Platform Management & Content Review:

· Apply and review creative content to ensure it matches platform guidelines and maintains hygiene.

· Monitor competitors and proactively address potential issues or crises that arise during the month.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

· Conduct monthly analysis of content performance and share key learnings to enhance brand strategies.

· Research and propose tools for reporting, monitoring, and publishing content effectively.

Social Media Strategy & Team Collaboration:

· Assist in creating and refining the content strategy with the Content Manager/Senior Social Media Manager team.

· Collaborate with the Copywriter and the rest of the team to generate innovative content ideas.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 4+ years of experience in content creation and social media management.

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
