★ Role Summary:
- We are seeking a creative and driven Content Strategist to lead the digital presence and personal brand growth of our Founder/CEO. This role combines storytelling, visual content planning, content repurposing, scripting, and real-time shoot execution. It is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and understands the power of authentic content.
★ Key Responsibilities:
↬ Instagram Management
- Oversee the Founder/CEO’s official Instagram account – including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement.
↬ Content Re-purposing:
- Revisit and transform previously published content (reels, videos, IGTVs) into fresh, engaging formats such as carousels, stories, and shorts.
↬ Research & Trend Analysis (Major Focus):
- Stay up to date with platform trends, industry developments, and content strategies that can enhance reach and positioning.
↬ Script Formation (Major Focus)
- Write compelling, on-brand scripts for short-form videos, thought-leadership content, interviews, and personal storytelling.
↬ Raw, Real-Time Shoot Coordination:
- Plan and execute on-the-go, real-time shoots of the Founder/CEO — capturing spontaneous moments, authentic voice, and behind-the-scenes stories.
↬ Video Editing Coordination:
- Liaise with editors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned video content.
↬ Content Calendar & Marketing:
- Design and manage a consistent monthly content calendar that aligns with personal branding and business goals.
↬ Performance Analysis:
- Track content engagement and make data-backed decisions to refine strategy and grow digital impact.
★ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Fashion Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, digital storytelling, or influencer/personal brand management.
- Excellent skills in content research, scripting, and narrative building.
- Familiarity with Instagram reels, captions, and engagement strategies.
- Basic video shooting & editing coordination experience.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
★ Preferred Skills:
- Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar reel editing tools
- Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite
- Understanding of fashion, lifestyle, or entrepreneurial branding is a strong advantage.

- Working Days: Monday To Saturday (6 days)
- Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

- Based on experience and skill set
