Senior Content Strategist (Social Media Management)

About the Role

Digital Elites Global is looking for a Senior Content Strategist who understands how to create content that drives engagement, leads, and brand growth.

This role is not limited to posting content — it focuses on planning, storytelling, creative direction, and performance-driven content strategy.

You will work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to develop high-quality reels, captions, and content campaigns for international brands.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands how content converts, not just how it looks.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly content strategy and calendar
- Develop reel concepts, hooks, scripts, and storytelling angles
- Write captions optimized for engagement and lead generation
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
- Research competitors, trends, and audience behavior
- Provide clear creative direction to designers and video editors
- Evaluate content performance and optimize strategy
- Support marketing teams with content ideas for ad creatives
- Ensure consistent posting and platform growth

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2–3 years experience in content strategy or social media strategy
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok content
- Ability to write strong hooks, captions, and short scripts
- Understanding of lead-generation content vs branding content
- Experience managing content for multiple brands
- Strong creative thinking and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate content quality and performance

Nice to Have

- Agency experience
- Experience with international brands
- Understanding of Meta ad creatives
- Video storytelling experience
