Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and SEO-driven Content Writer to develop high-quality, optimized content across our diverse business verticals, including Educational Institutions, Infrastructure Projects, and Industrial Manufacturing & Trading. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt writing styles for different audiences while ensuring strong search engine visibility and brand consistency.
Business Verticals Covered
- Education: International School, University, MBA College, Pharmacy College
- Infrastructure: Residential High-Rise & Real Estate Projects
- Manufacturing & Trading: Industrial and Modified Bitumen Products
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging, original, and SEO-optimized content for:
- Websites, landing pages, blogs, and articles
- Course pages, admissions content, and academic descriptions
- Real estate project profiles, brochures, and presentations
- Product descriptions, technical content, and industry articles
- Develop content aligned with each vertical’s brand tone and target audience
SEO Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Optimize content for on-page SEO (headings, meta tags, internal linking)
- Improve organic rankings, traffic, and content visibility
- Coordinate with the SEO and web development teams for technical SEO support
Editing, Proofreading & Compliance:
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammar
- Maintain factual accuracy, especially for educational and technical content
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory standards
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Coordinate with marketing, design, admissions, sales, and technical teams
- Update and refresh existing website content regularly
- Track content performance using SEO and analytics tools
- Prepare basic content and SEO performance reports
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written communication skills in English / Gujarati / Hindi
- Strong understanding of SEO content writing principles
- Ability to write for multiple industries and target audiences
- Knowledge of keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Basic understanding of HTML and content formatting
