🔹 Hiring: Senior Manager – Contracts & Compliance

📍 Dubai, UAE | 🏢 Commercial Division – Sales Operations

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Contracts & Compliance to join a leading real estate entity in Dubai. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing Build-To-Suit (BTS) and land sales contract activities, ensuring seamless execution in alignment with corporate governance, compliance standards, and business objectives.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end contracts management function for BTS and land sales.
• Standardize and oversee Sales Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and contract templates.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations.
• Drive KYC/AML compliance and due diligence processes.
• Oversee booking documentation verification and contract workflow management.
• Collaborate closely with Legal and internal stakeholders to maintain compliant and updated contractual documentation.
• Provide strategic reporting and insights to senior management.
• Lead and mentor the Contracts Management team to ensure efficiency and turnaround time (TAT) targets are achieved.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies aligned with governance frameworks.

🎯 Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role within real estate contracts & compliance.
• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, property laws, SPA frameworks, and governance policies.
• Experience managing KYC/AML processes.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
