Prime Gate is a leading provider of IT Infrastructure, Communication Systems, OSP Networks, Power Solutions, and Digital Transformation Projects across the Kingdom. We are growing and currently seeking a Senior Contract Engineer to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage project contracts, agreements, and commercial packages.
• Review Subcontractors Contracts, Invoices, Scope of Work.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements across all project phases.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, Legal, and Technical Teams to support project execution.
• Review contractor and vendor claims; prepare responses, assessments, and negotiation strategies.
• Monitor contract performance and support risk management and cost controls.
• Support documentation, reporting, and contract administration procedures.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Contract Engineering or Contract Administration.
• Strong background in IT, OSP, Infrastructure, Power, or Digital Technology projects .
• Excellent knowledge of contract lifecycle management and commercial terms.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Based in Riyadh , or willing to relocate.
