The GRC Team

The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Team is a dedicated group of professionals who diligently navigate the complex world of financial regulations. They ensure our unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance and the highest industry standards, designing robust risk management strategies, and cultivating a culture of transparency and accountability. In an ever-evolving landscape, the GRC Team safeguards our company and clients from potential risks, making every payment a testament to our dedication to ethical conduct and responsible financial practices.

As a Tapster you will:

• Develop and implement procedures and policies for contract management that align with organizational goals and legal and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of contracts with merchants, third parties, and partners.
• Review and ensure contracts meet applicable laws and regulations concerning Payment Services, Data Privacy and other rules and regulations related to the payment services sector.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts to safeguard the organization’s interests
• Safely maintain all contractual records using a secure contract management process for easy access and compliance.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and various stakeholders, facilitating timely reviews and approvals of contract variations.

What you will bring to the party:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related legal role, preferably within the payment services or financial sector.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in legal compliance and risk management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and digital record-keeping systems.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in contract management or legal compliance are a plus.

• Bilingual (Arabic and English)
