360 Tech Recruitment Consultant – Contract (Middle East)
Are you a proven contract biller in tech recruitment?
We’re looking for a high-performing 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant to join Halian’s Contract Division, focusing on the Middle East tech market.
This is a fast-paced, high-velocity environment where you’ll own the full 360 desk across contract and interim technology hiring, working with some of the region’s most influential organisations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC.
You’ll operate across core tech verticals including software engineering, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, DevOps, and digital transformation, delivering urgent, business-critical talent into large-scale programmes and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities

Own and scale a contract tech desk across the Middle East

Win new contract business and build long-term client partnerships

Deliver fast-moving, high-impact contract and interim tech hires

Build and maintain a strong network of contractors across key tech markets

Work closely with senior hiring managers and procurement teams

React quickly to urgent, business-critical hiring requirements

Stay ahead of market rates, talent availability, and hiring trends

Consistently hit and exceed billing targets in a high-performance environment
What We’re Looking For

Proven success as a 360 recruitment consultant (technology preferred)
