Senior Contracts Administrator (REMOTE)

BOOST LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our elite team of contracts specialists dedicated to supporting Government Contractor (GovCon) clients.

Responsibilities:

• Apply extensive government contractual expertise to oversee implementation, execution, and administration of a diverse range of contracts, including competitive, sole source, and directed prime and subcontract customer awards.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional business team members and clients, conducting risk assessments and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Review complex solicitations and prepare comprehensive responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications encompassing both products and services.
• Skillfully negotiate NDAs, TAs, contract modifications, and agreements within delegated authority limits.
• Offer contractual support and mentorship to junior contracts team members and business team members.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential non-compliance issues and other challenges that may impact the company adversely.
• Manage, support, and streamline daily work activities to ensure seamless compliance with corporate, contract, and federal requirements.
• Coordinate various types of agreements, subcontracts, and other contract/program support documents effectively with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide proactive support, management, and tracking of contractual documentation, action items, and critical data.
• Support or undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
• Mandatory 8+ years of in-house contract administration or similar transactional experience in a role that requires direct interaction with potential Government and commercial customers, vendors, internal stakeholders, and in-house Legal.
• GSA Schedule reporting, administration, and management
• Exceptional use of independent judgment and creativity in resolving contract and process improvement issues.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and adaptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with spreadsheets.
• Being a self-starter and continual learner
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work within a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CFCM

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Close vision required.
• Verbal communication and manual dexterity are necessary for keyboard operation.

Salary Range: $95K-$110K (Salary commensurate with experience)
