Responsibilities

• Lead tendering processes (EPC CFT), including preparation of tender documents, evaluation, and award.

• Ensure proper management of interfaces with partners, regulators, and third parties.

• Administer contract execution post-award, including change orders, claims, certificates, and payments.

• Maintain accurate contractual records in PALM (ERP system).

• Provide expert advice on contractual issues and safeguard company interests.

• Promote compliance with HSE standards and company values.

Profile

• Graduate degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of contracts management experience in onshore/offshore oil & gas projects.

• Strong knowledge of standard contracts, CFT process, and GEP for tender execution.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value contracts in a multi-project environment.
