The Role
Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh Company: Leading Main Contractor Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of major construction projects, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and driving successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all pre- and post-contract activities for large-scale construction projects. • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and other legal agreements. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements. • Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. • Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes. • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth contractual operations. • Provide strategic advice to project teams and senior management.

Requirements
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 12 years of experience in contracts management within a main contracting environment. • Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other international standard forms of contract. • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects in the Middle East. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
