- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying; Chartered/Licensed status preferred.
- 14+ years’ experience, including 7+ years in contract management; regional experience preferred.
- Manage end-to-end contract administration for drainage and infrastructure programs.
- Ensure compliance with Ashghal’s contractual policies and resolve commercial issues.
- Expert in FIDIC contracts, claims management, tendering, bid evaluation, and contract documentation.
- Provide expert advice on contractual obligations, claims, and project compliance.
