  • Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

    YOUR IMPACT

You will be based in Doha, Cairo, or Riyadh, and will be part of the Middle East Office (MEO) cluster and be attached to the global firm Security Team. This team’s mission is to empower exceptional people to deliver distinctive impact safely by harnessing our global network to bring independent perspectives that inform decisions, foster readiness, and enable response.

In this first line of defense role, you will assess and monitor threats and hazards potentially impacting the firm but also take a hands-on approach to ensuring that safeguards are in place across our workplaces, client sites, transportation, and accommodations within the region, ensuring compliance with firm standards. You will also promote incident readiness, support responses to local incidents and provide support during global events.

You will collaborate with consulting colleagues and leaders to provide advice, support, and effective solutions, drawing on the expertise of program leaders in firm Security as well as professionals from HR, Technology, Legal, Office Services, and other key functions.

As a member of the global firm Security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of all colleagues, which may occasionally require work outside traditional hours. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to global incidents and addressing safety-related outreach from firm members, as well as tracking risks and implementing safeguards within the global security technology platform. Additionally, you will contribute to the team's knowledge base by creating incident guides and other resources to enhance preparedness and response capabilities.

    YOUR GROWTH

You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.

In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.

We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
    • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
