I am currently working with a leading global integrated advertising agency who are looking to hire a Senior Copywriter to join their growing team in Saudi Arabia.

The Role

As a Senior Copywriter, you will play a key role in developing compelling Arabic-first creative across a range of platforms. You will collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life from concept through to execution.

You will be responsible for shaping narratives that resonate with local audiences while maintaining global brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality Arabic content across multiple formats including campaign copy, scripts, social content, taglines, and long-form storytelling
• Adapt English master campaigns into Arabic with strong cultural nuance, ensuring the work feels locally authentic rather than translated
• Develop platform content tailored to channels such as Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Work closely with creative teams to develop big ideas and integrated campaign concepts
• Present and articulate creative thinking clearly to internal teams and clients
• Ensure consistency in tone of voice and messaging across all touchpoints
• Stay on top of regional trends, language shifts, and cultural insights to keep work fresh and relevant

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Copywriter or Senior Copywriter within a creative or integrated agency environment
• Arabic speaker with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC
• Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
• Ability to translate and transcreate English content into impactful Arabic copy
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to contribute to big creative ideas
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Confident in presenting work and rationale to stakeholders
