We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Acquisition professional to drive corporate partnerships in KSA. The role is responsible for acquiring new corporate accounts and managing them post-acquisition to ensure activation, payment compliance, portfolio growth, and long-term relationship success.
This role requires a strong hunter mentality combined with account growth ownership.
Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Acquisition (New Business)
- Identify and target medium to large corporates across key sectors in KSA.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Close partnership agreements and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate internally with legal, operations, and onboarding teams.
2. Account Management & Growth
- Own post-signing relationship, guide activation, adoption and value realization.
- Collaborate on payments, compliance, and risk with Finance/Operations.
- Monitor usage, drive disbursement growth and flag risks.
- Identify and enable cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction, renewal, and long-term retention.
- Provide insights on competitor activities in the KSA fintech and banking space.
- Support product and commercial strategy refinement based on client feedback.

Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in: Fintech, Banking, Financial services, and Corporate sales (B2B).
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate accounts.
- Strong understanding of payroll solutions, lending products, BNPL, or financial products is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
