Senior Corporate Attorney

As a senior corporate attorney in our Commercial Lines Product corporate legal group, you’ll work on various legal issues concerning our commercial lines auto products. In this role, you’ll handle matters related to product design, implementation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. You’ll also provide state-level product design support to product managers as a strategic, hands-on legal partner.

Must-have qualifications
  • Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) and a minimum of five years of post-degree legal practice experience
  • Active license to practice law in at least one state; Active or Corporate license in state where working (or eligible to be)


Preferred skills
  • Experience in commercial lines or personal lines auto product design and insurance regulatory matters
  • Experience drafting and reviewing policy forms and endorsements specifically for commercial lines or personal lines auto insurance
  • Experience conducting nationwide legal research and providing guidance on insurance product-related legal matters, and effectively communicating those results to business partners
  • Experience working with state departments of insurance, including reviewing and submitting rate, rule, and form filings
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment


Compensation
  • Base: $125,700 - $179,600/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
  • Participation in our restricted stock units plan
