As a senior corporate attorney in our Personal Lines Product corporate legal group, you’ll work on a variety of legal issues concerning our personal lines (auto and special lines) products. You’ll handle issues related to the product’s design, implementation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance matters. You’ll also provide state-level product design support to product managers as a strategic, hands-on legal partner.

This is a remote role.

Must-have qualifications
  • Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) and a minimum of 5 years of post-degree legal practice experience.
  • Active license to practice law in at least one state; Active or Corporate license in state where working (or eligible to be).


Preferred skills
  • Experience drafting and reviewing policy forms and endorsements specifically for personal lines insurance.
  • Experience working with state departments of insurance, including reviewing and submitting rate, rule, and form filings.
  • Experience analyzing legislative and regulatory changes related to personal lines insurance and coordinating cross-functional compliance efforts.
  • Experience conducting nationwide legal research and providing guidance on product-related legal matters.
  • Experience interpreting insurance regulations, industry circulars, legislative updates, and communications from industry organizations.


Compensation
  • $150,000 - $185,000/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
  • Participation in our restricted stock units plan
