Senior Corporate Commercial Counsel - Oil & Gas

Jameson Legal is working with a significant entity based in Saudi Arabia. The company's well established legal organisation is on an exciting growth curve. As the company continues to grow its portfolio, they require an experienced individual to help the legal organisation's Downstream department to deliver comprehensive legal support across the company's energy portfolio.

The successful individual will have a minimum of twelve years of experience, preferably from multinational corporations' in house departments or from a distinguished international law firm. Experience within the oil & gas space is key.

As the single point of contact within the team, you will be comfortable handling a broad array of relevant commercial contracts and general corporate work.

Location: Saudi Arabia.

Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package.

While prior experience within Saudi Arabia or the broader Gulf region is not obligatory, it would be highly regarded.
