What You'll Do

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling the business teams that power our global growth. From Sales, Marketing, and Finance to Operations, Legal, and People—you'll ensure we hire world-class talent across our Corporate & GTM functions.

You will:

Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for senior-level Corporate& GTM roles across multiple functions and geographies.

Partner directly with business and executive leaders to define hiring needs, craft role profiles, and align recruiting strategy with company goals.

Drive strategic hiring initiatives that strengthen our leadership bench, optimize time-to-fill, and elevate hiring quality.

Build robust pipelines through creative sourcing, competitive market mapping, and proactive engagement of high-caliber candidates.

• Leverage data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve process efficiency, and continuously raise the hiring bar.

What We're Looking For

6–10 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Corporate, GTM, or G&A functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations).

A strategic partner who can influence senior stakeholders and advise leaders on market trends, organizational design, and hiring strategy.

Proven track record managing complex, high-impact searches across multiple functions or geographies.

Exceptional communicator with the ability to pitch, persuade, and build trust with both candidates and executives.

Highly organized, data-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What Else You Need to Know

This role is based in our Los Angeles HQ, 5 days a week. We believe the best work happens in person—especially when building the infrastructure that powers a trillion-dollar global industry. In-office collaboration accelerates problem-solving, alignment, and innovation.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - 120,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
