Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Corporate Recruiter on behalf of a respected national organization. This is a temporary opportunity expected to last approximately 1–3 months with the potential to extend based on business needs. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to partner with an experienced talent team and drive impactful recruiting initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
About the Role:
The Senior Corporate Recruiter will focus exclusively on front-end recruiting execution—sourcing, interviewing, and driving hiring outcomes across multiple corporate roles. This position requires a highly independent recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity is common. The ideal candidate is proactive, digitally fluent, and comfortable partnering directly with hiring managers to translate evolving requirements into actionable recruiting strategies. This is a hands-on recruiting role best suited for someone who enjoys being in the trenchesactively sourcing talent, conducting thoughtful candidate assessments, and moving searches forward with speed and precision.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead front-end recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management

Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, Boolean search, and creative pipelines

Manage multiple corporate searches simultaneously while maintaining organized ATS documentation

Conduct in-depth candidate interviews that assess judgment, accountability, communication, and problem-solving ability

Partner directly with hiring managers to clarify evolving role requirements and hiring priorities

Adjust sourcing strategies based on market feedback and candidate pipeline performance

Maintain accurate, real-time recruiting documentation within the ATS and digital systems
What You Bring:

3–5 years of corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment

Strong sourcing experience and comfort proactively identifying talent beyond inbound applicants

Ability to manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously with speed and accuracy

Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with hiring managers

Strong technology proficiency and comfort learning new systems quickly

Digitally fluent with strong typing and documentation skills

Comfortable working independently and navigating evolving priorities
