Senior Corporate Services Manager

Job Summary:
Om Sai Associates Business Consulting W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Corporate Services Manager to lead client servicing, corporate advisory support, and business operations management for corporate clients. This role is responsible for overseeing company formation services, compliance coordination, client relationship management, and end-to-end corporate service delivery. What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end corporate services for local and international clients
• Oversee company formation, licensing, and business setup processes
• Coordinate with government entities and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with local corporate laws and business regulations
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing advisory support
• Supervise document processing, approvals, and administrative workflows
• Handle renewals, amendments, and corporate governance requirements
• Develop service delivery processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
• Support business consulting projects and operational advisory services
• Monitor service quality, turnaround time, and client feedback

Requirements:

• Experience in corporate services, business consulting, or administration roles
• Strong knowledge of company formation and regulatory processes in Kuwait
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Ability to handle government procedures and documentation processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in PRO services or corporate legal support is an advantage
• Familiarity with business consulting environments is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: KD1,600.000 - KD2,800.000 per month
