Senior Cost Control -Civil

• Preferably Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8 to 10 years of working experience - handling building construction industries (High-rise buildings, commercial/Residential Buildings, villas or compound)
• Proficient in the use of Primavera (P6 version 8.2 or higher) and other software used in planning and project control
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS software

Duties:

• Provides cost engineering expertise and develops cost estimation for the projects.
• Establishing cost based line
• Conducting cost variances
• Prepare variation orders
• Monitoring purchasing processes and Progress Payment
• Willing to work at project site
• Conducts cost analysis, cost control and monitoring of budget.
• Monitors cash flow & applies the necessary modifications if any
