Our Minneapolis office has an opportunity for a Senior Counsel or Counsel to join the firm’s dynamic and long-established practice and represent premier local and national employers. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are proactive and passionate about assuming a high-level role providing legal service within a sophisticated practice and who are seeking to assume a significant and leading role in all aspects of labor and employment law. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
Duties include all aspects of employment litigation and advice work on behalf of employers, which includes applying established employment law and finding creative ideas and pragmatic solutions for clients.
Our Minneapolis office is collegial with a commitment to mutual respect in the workplace. We hold regular monthly attorney meetings in Minneapolis. Ogletree also hosts an annual firm-wide, All-Attorney Retreat, which allows our attorneys additional training and development opportunities, along with the opportunity to connect with Ogletree attorneys across the firm We make attorney development a priority and provide ongoing writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities as well as access to expansive professional development training programs and opportunities to work with the leading attorneys in this field.

Benefits:In accordance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this Minnesota position is between $185,000 and $200,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
