Position: Senior Student Advisor

This is a full-time, in-office role with no work-from-home provision. The position requires strong communication skills, sales ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of client interactions and follow-ups with professionalism and care.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert counselling to students regarding overseas education options across Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, Dubai and Singapore based on their academic profiles and career aspirations.
- Guide students and their families through the complete student visa process for various countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate and manage the admission process by coordinating between students and the internal admissions team to ensure timely submissions.
- Act as a communication bridge between students and backend teams, ensuring smooth handling of application workflows.
- Stay well-versed with admission processes, timelines, and documentation requirements for all major study destinations.
- Review student profiles and evaluate their eligibility in line with standardized admission criteria of partner institutions.
- Assist with resolving student queries related to applications, documentation, and visa processes.
- Maintain regular interaction with walk-in clients and incoming leads, ensuring consistent communication and guidance.
- Follow up with interested students to pitch appropriate services and guide them towards the next steps in their application journey.
- Coordinate with associates or clients to pass on important information or updates regarding application and visa procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, documentation, and application progress on the CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Liaise with the admission team to follow up on offer letters, tuition fee receipts, and other time-sensitive documents.
- Participate in regular online and offline training sessions conducted by international institutions to stay informed about courses, scholarships, and application changes.
- Counsel all student walk-ins professionally, offering country-specific and profile-based education options.
- Attend incoming phone and online queries, providing comprehensive information about programs, countries, and next steps.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with positively engaged students to convert leads into active applicants.
- Support students in understanding visa filing procedures, timelines, and document readiness.
- Work closely with the admissions and visa processing teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Assist in compiling and verifying required documents before handing over to the application or visa teams.
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate student records, lead status, communication notes, and progress reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
