Senior Creative Content Manager

Location: 120-C Marwa Tower, Etihad Town, Lahore

Company Overview

EFP (EcomFreightPrep) is expanding its team and looking for a highly skilled Senior Creative Content Manager to plan, execute, and manage high-performing content strategies for TikTok and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate understands audience psychology, viral content patterns, and how to create scroll-stopping content that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content strategy or social media management
• Strong understanding of viral content structure and storytelling techniques
• Proven experience managing TikTok and short-form video content
• Ability to plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars
• Consistently generates fresh, creative content ideas
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, UGC formats, and algorithm behavior
• Ability to write clear and structured content briefs
• Strong leadership skills to guide editors and creators effectively
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for content research and ideation is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate content performance
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage weekly and monthly short-form content strategies
• Create clear briefs and concepts for creators, editors, and designers
• Develop hooks, angles, and storytelling frameworks for videos
• Monitor content performance and analyze key metrics
• Refine scripts, openings, and concepts to improve retention and engagement
• Ensure all content aligns with TikTok and platform guidelines
• Stay updated with trends and continuously test new formats
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content
