We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Strategist to take full ownership of our social presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This role will focus on building a strong brand voice, driving engagement, and generating qualified leads through high-impact content.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals

Plan and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

Create engaging content (posts, carousels, short-form videos, thought leadership, case highlights, etc.)

Work closely with design and leadership teams to translate technical services into compelling content

Drive audience engagement, growth, and brand positioning

Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly

Stay updated with social trends, platform algorithms, and best practices

Repurpose long-form content (blogs, case studies, insights) into social-native formats
What We are Looking For

2–5 years of experience managing B2B social media accounts (preferably for tech/software agencies)

Strong storytelling and copywriting skills

Deep understanding of LinkedIn organic growth strategies

Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting
