About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative, experienced, and strategic Senior Creative Content Writer & Storyteller who can craft compelling narratives, develop impactful content, and bring powerful stories to life across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong writing expertise, a deep understanding of audience psychology, and the ability to create content that inspires, engages, and drives action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content, stories, scripts, and concepts for campaigns, social media, website, and print materials.
• Craft emotionally engaging stories highlighting the organization’s mission, programs, beneficiaries, and impact.
• Write clear, compelling, and persuasive content for marketing, branding, and fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, multimedia, fundraising, and digital teams to create cohesive campaigns.
• Conduct interviews with beneficiaries, stakeholders, and field teams to gather real stories.
• Ensure all content is brand-aligned, impactful, and audience-focused.
• Revise and edit content based on feedback while maintaining quality and storytelling essence.
• Generate fresh ideas, creative themes, and content strategies for campaigns and events.
• Stay updated with digital trends, storytelling techniques, and content best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Media Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in creative writing, storytelling, or content development (NGO experience is a plus).
• Strong command of English with excellent storytelling, narrative-building, and script-writing skills.
• Ability to create emotionally driven content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Experience writing for digital platforms, campaigns, blogs, and social media.
• Exceptional research, interviewing, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
