Senior Creative Designer

We’re looking for a strategic creative leader who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and performance marketing.


As our Senior Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and execution of high-impact marketing programs and campaigns across paid and organic digital channels. This is not just a design role—it’s a chance to own the creative process end-to-end, from concept development to final asset delivery, ensuring every piece of content is aligned with campaign objectives, brand standards, and audience expectations. We’re seeking someone with proven experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives that resonate and convert. 💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Concept & Ideation: Translate creative briefs into compelling ideas, impactful headlines, and structured storyboards that align with campaign goals.
  • Social Media Design: Develop visually engaging, platform-optimized assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, display ads, and landing pages—delivering high-quality work across all formats and ratios.
  • Motion Direction: Lead and collaborate on animation and video production, ensuring effective pacing, hooks, supers, and end cards that drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Multi-Brand Execution: Adapt creative styles across various brands while maintaining consistency in voice, visual systems, and design standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver pixel-perfect assets with organized layers, accurate naming conventions, and platform-ready exports, ensuring all deliverables meet technical and creative standards.
  • Performance-Driven Iteration: Support A/B testing efforts, analyze creative performance data (e.g., CTR, CVR), and refine assets based on insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Workflow & Collaboration: Manage multiple briefs and timelines efficiently, participate in reviews, and provide/receive constructive feedback to maintain momentum and quality.


🧠 What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in creative or design roles, with a strong emphasis on social and digital campaign development.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates originality , high-quality execution, and platform-specific design expertise. Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), with working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.
  • A deep understanding of platform specifications , audience behavior, and the importance of impactful creative hooks—especially within the first few seconds.
  • Strong command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset , comfortable working alongside marketing and performance teams to align creative with strategic goals.
  • Clear and confident communication skills , with the ability to brief and guide motion editors and animators effectively.


🔍 Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Proficiency in 3D design tools and workflows
  • Experience in photography , including composition and post-processing
  • Strong illustration skills across digital and traditional formats
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English , enabling effective communication across diverse markets
