Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Creative Designer
who can bring strong storytelling, brand aesthetics, and cutting-edge design execution to life across digital and offline platforms. This role will lead
visual identity, campaigns, packaging design, and digital creatives
to ensure MARS Cosmetics stands out in the competitive beauty space.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Visual Identity
-
Own and evolve the design language for MARS across categories, campaigns, and channels.

Ensure brand consistency across packaging, website, ecommerce platforms, retail, and social media.

Campaign & Content Design
-
Conceptualize and design 360° campaign assets (digital ads, social media, influencer kits, OOH, POSM).
-
Use
AI design tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.)
to generate campaign concepts, moodboards, and variations at speed..

Packaging & Product Design
-
Lead design for new product launches — packaging concepts, artwork, and unboxing experiences.

Collaborate with product & sourcing teams to create
innovative and premium packaging
.

Creative Leadership
-
Guide and mentor a team of designers, freelancers, and agencies.

Push boundaries with global design trends while keeping the Indian consumer in focus.

Build AI-driven workflows to
streamline repetitive creative tasks
and free up time for innovation.

Innovation & Research

Stay updated with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle trends to inspire fresh, edgy creative ideas.

Benchmark against global beauty brands to keep MARS ahead in design innovation.
Skills & Competencies
-
Strong portfolio showcasing
branding, packaging, and digital design
(preferably in beauty/FMCG/lifestyle).

Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, AI tools
-
Ability to balance
creativity with commercial objectives
.

Strong typography, color theory, and visual storytelling skills.

Experience in handling
high-quality creative output
with attention to detail.

Leadership skills to manage internal designers and external agencies.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
-
6–10 years
of experience in creative design, preferably in
beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG
.

Experience in
packaging design + digital-first campaigns
is highly desirable.
