Senior Creative Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Creative Designer to lead the development of visual concepts and creative assets that elevate our brand and bring our real estate projects to life. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, refined visual taste, and hands-on design expertise. They will play a key role in shaping campaign identities, launch materials, OOH campaigns, corporate branding, sales centre visuals-ensuring a premium, cohesive, and future-forward design language across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities Branding & Creative Direction
  • Lead the conceptualisation and design of brand identities for new real estate projects.
  • Develop complete visual systems including brand guidelines, logos, colour palettes, typography, and key visuals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and project materials.
Campaign & Marketing Design
  • Design creative assets for project launches, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, paid ads, brochures, OOH, sales centre displays, and corporate communications.
  • Craft visually strong layouts for project masterplans, lifestyle visuals, presentations, and related materials.

Work closely with internal teams to translate project USPs into compelling visual stories.

Creative Concept Development
  • Contribute to creative ideation for project positioning, brand narratives, visual themes, and campaign messaging.
  • Translate abstract ideas into polished design concepts, moodboards, and creative directions.
  • Present creative proposals to internal teams and stakeholders.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work with video editors, motion designers, content creators, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaign assets.
  • Liaise with architects, sales, product development, and masterplan teams to ensure visual accuracy and alignment.
  • Guide vendors and ensure quality control across all outsourced design deliverables.
Quality Assurance
  • Uphold premium standards across all visuals, from early concepts to final production ready artwork.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Arts, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in creative or graphic design roles, ideally in real estate, luxury brands, lifestyle, agency, or hospitality.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, campaign design, layouts, and high quality marketing assets.
  • Experience creating premium visuals for large-scale developments or luxury products is a major advantage.
Technical Skills
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiar with asset preparation for print, digital, large-format, and environmental graphics.
  • Understanding of motion graphics, 3D visualization, and video production workflows is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX basics for digital platforms (web, sales centre screens, digital brochures).

  • Experience designing for digital installations, interactive sales centre screens, or immersive environments.
  • Familiarity with 3D software or motion graphics tools.
  • Experience in luxury, real estate, architecture, or hospitality sectors.
