Senior Creative Designer

Adlance Digital is a fast-growing international digital agency serving clients across the UK, USA, and Canada — from NGOs and charities to e-commerce brands and industry leaders. We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer who doesn't just make things look good — they make things convert, connect, and stand out.

What you'll own

• Lead end-to-end creative production for social media, paid ads, landing pages, and brand campaigns across international markets
• Design compelling brand identities, visual systems, and creative direction for diverse client portfolios
• Produce scroll-stopping social media graphics, carousel posts, reels covers, and ad creatives for UK, US, and Canadian audiences
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and account management teams to translate briefs into high-impact visuals
• Maintain and evolve client brand guidelines with consistency and strategic intent
• Mentor junior designers and elevate the overall quality bar of the creative team
• Deliver on tight deadlines without compromising quality — international clients, high standards

Must have

• 3+ years of experience in a creative or design role, preferably at a digital agency
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong command of Figma for UI/UX mockups and design systems
• A portfolio that shows range — branding, social, ads, and digital
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and colour theory
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure

Good to have

• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Experience designing for UK / US / Canadian markets and audiences
• Basic knowledge of web design principles and CRO-focused creatives
• Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Display, and LinkedIn creative specs
• Previous experience mentoring or reviewing junior design work
