Senior Creative Designer / Creative Head

Location: Pakistan - Overlap with Middleast timezone
Company: Denovers (Product Design Partner for Global SaaS & AI Companies)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer / Creative Head who can go beyond execution and lead creative thinking at a brand level.

This role is for someone who is deeply artistic, highly conceptual, and capable of building brands from scratch not just designing assets, but shaping identity, direction, and storytelling.

You will work closely with international clients (primarily Middle East / KSA) and collaborate with our internal design pod (UX, UI, Motion) to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead brand conceptualization from zero → identity → execution
  • Translate abstract ideas into strong visual narratives and brand systems
  • Define creative direction across product, marketing, and digital touchpoints
  • Work directly with clients to understand vision and challenge/improve their thinking
  • Guide and elevate internal designers (UI/UX, Brand, Motion)
  • Develop:

Brand identities (logos, typography, color systems)
Visual languages and design systems
Campaign concepts and storytelling directions

  • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints (web, product, marketing)
  • Bring a strong sense of taste, aesthetics, and global design standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in creative design / brand design / art direction
  • Proven ability to build brands from scratch (portfolio required)
  • Strong conceptual thinking not just execution
  • Exceptional sense of:

-Typography
-Color theory
-Composition
-Visual storytelling

  • Experience working with international clients (Middle East experience is a plus)
  • Ability to present and defend creative ideas confidently
  • Strong understanding of modern design trends (AI, SaaS, Web3, Tech)
  • Experience collaborating with product teams (UI/UX)

Tools & Skills

  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects preferred)
  • Motion / storytelling understanding is a plus
  • Awareness of AI tools in design workflows is a bonus

  • Arabic market design sensibility (not mandatory, but valuable)
