Senior Creative Designer / Art Director

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer / Art Director with a strong creative vision and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE market.

This role is for someone who can lead creative direction, build powerful brand identities, and deliver high-impact campaigns while also leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction across branding, campaigns, and digital content

• Develop strong visual concepts and storytelling aligned with brand strategy

• Oversee execution across social media, web, and marketing materials

• Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all outputs

• Present and pitch ideas confidently to clients

• Collaborate with internal teams (account management, content, production)

• Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to improve speed and output quality

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE market

• Strong portfolio in branding, campaigns, and digital design

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of visual identity, typography, and layout

• Experience in an agency environment is a plus
