1. Creative Design & Content Development
- Design high-impact, brand-focused graphics, illustrations, and packaging visuals (labels, boxes, sleeves, inserts, tags, etc.) targeted specifically to the UK packaging market.
- Produce highly engaging video reels, motion graphics, and short-form videos for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook &f TikTok aligned with UK audience preferences.
2. Social Media Content for the UK Market
- Create visually compelling posts, reels, animated content, and promotional materials tailored for UK-based customers, industries, and market preferences.
- Collaborate with the Operations & Marketing team to design and execute UK-specific social media campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launch visuals.
- Ensure all visuals follow UK industry design trends, marketing styles, and audience expectations.
3. Branding & Visual Consistency
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all UK-focused platforms, including graphics, colours, tone, and content style.
- Regularly update packaging templates, brand assets, and marketing visuals to support UK sales and marketing strategies.
4. Digital Asset & Content Management
- Maintain a structured and updated digital asset library with proper naming conventions, version control, and category organization.
- Prepare UK market–specific digital content, including: (website banners, Newsletters, Reels)
5. Video Production & Editing
- Edit, and enhance high-quality video reels highlighting products, packaging processes, customer testimonials, or creative concepts.
- Use advanced editing techniques (transitions, effects, animations, overlays, music syncing) to meet modern UK social media trends.
- Optimise video formats for different platforms and ensure high output quality.
6. Market Research & Creative Innovation
- Stay updated with UK packaging market trends, competitor creatives, and modern digital design aesthetics.
- Research new design techniques, tools, and content styles to keep the company competitive in the UK market.
- Experiment with new ideas to increase visual appeal and engagement.
7. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the UK marketing team, operations team, and management to understand campaign needs and deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Provide creative input for marketing strategies, product promotions, and visual communication improvements.
8. Content Scheduling & Publishing
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across UK-focused platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools for both static and video design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphics, packaging design experience, and creative video reels.
- Expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and reel creation tailored to UK social media trends.
- Strong understanding of UK design preferences, packaging material visuals, and product presentation styles.
- Solid knowledge of typography, colour psychology, layout design, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
- Ability to deliver high-quality creatives under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Experience using social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in proposing new design ideas.
