KENT Worldwide™ is seeking a Senior Creative Designer for our Nutrition Group to elevate our brand presence across digital and print platforms! In this pivotal role, you’ll craft compelling visuals, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with Marketing Communications and Product Management teams to deliver standout creative solutions.   • This role will be based on-site in Muscatine, Iowa.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and product managers to conceptualize, plan, and execute creative designs across various mediums. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Develop and execute creative projects, including graphic design, photography, and video production, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Write marketing-related copy for internal and external use.
  • Design promotional materials for events, such as brochures, signage, presentations, and videos, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain content for internal and external use, including brand guidelines, glossaries, and communication assets.
  • Create and manage customizable templates, including presentations, business cards, and other branded materials to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary assets—such as images, logos, statistics, and written content—for creative projects.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring all videos, images, and brand materials are current and easily accessible.
  • Research industry trends and emerging tools to propose innovative ideas that strengthen brand identity and improve creative output.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, supported by a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing creative expertise.
  • 7 or more years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or in a similar role. Experience as a Creative Assistant or Marketing Assistant is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in design and editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with photo and video editing tools is essential.
  • Strong copywriting skills for marketing and communication materials is a plus.
  • Preferred experience in the agricultural industry—particularly in commercial, lifestyle, or companion animal sectors—or within a consumer product company or creative agency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and polished final deliverables.
  • Highly organized, with strong file management skills and the ability to maintain structured digital asset libraries for easy access and version control.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.) is a plus, especially for enhancing design workflows, content generation, and creative ideation.
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
