About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Creative Web Designer, UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences, and leading design initiatives from concept to execution.This role requires a strong understanding of modern design trends, UI/UX principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, design agency, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and create exceptional design solutions.

• Design user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile apps with a focus on usability and visual appeal.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.

• Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Mentor and guide junior designers in the team when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of proven experience as a Senior Web Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, InVision, etc.

• Good understanding of web standards and workflow.

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.

• Experience in working in agile environments is a plus.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in UI/UX design are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
