Senior Creative Graphic Designer

Horizon Tech is looking for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic designer will work as an extension of our team, delivering high-quality, on-brand creative assets to support the brand whilst leveraging modern design tools and AI workflows to improve speed, consistency, and innovation. You dont just design you set the tone, thinks in concepts, obsesses over details, who designs with intention, edge, and attitude, and knows when to break the rules, turn raw ideas into iconic visuals that hit hard and stay memorable, and arent afraid to push creative boundaries.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Brand & Marketing:

• Social media creatives (static, stories, covers, paid ads)· Campaign key visuals and creative adaptations
• Website banners and digital assets – artworks for multiple channels (print & digital)
• Email marketing visuals

Cinema:

• Visual adaptations of Cinema posters (cinema poster will be provided by us)
• Screening schedules and promotional assets
• Premiere and special-event creatives

Dining:

• Menu layouts (print & digital)
• Dining promotions and experience-led visuals
• Event-specific dining collateral

Entertainment & Events:

• Event branding and visual systems
• Product launch and corporate event assets
• Posters, flyers, invitations, digital screens
• In-venue signage and wayfinding (as required)

Corporate & Internal:

• Presentation decks (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
• Brand templates and Sales toolkits
• Simple infographics and reports

AI & DIGITAL TOOL USAGE

The designer is expected to be comfortable and proactive in using modern tools to enhance efficiency and creative output. Basic understanding of motion tools (After Effects / Premiere Pro) is an advantage AI tools should be used to support creativity and efficiency, not replace brand judgment or quality control.

• Adobe creative suite
• AI assisted tools (Adobe firefly, Midjourney, Dalle, ChatGPT or similar)

DELIVERABLES

Deliverables will be assigned and discussed in a timely manner

The designer will provide:

• High-resolution assets for digital and print
• Editable source files (AI, PSD, INDD, FIG where applicable)
• Optimized exports for social, web, and print
• Assets aligned with companys brand guidelines· Revisions based on feedback

SERVICE LEVEL & TURNAROUND

• Standard turnaround: 24–72 hours per task (complexity dependent)
• Urgent requests: Same-day or next-day where feasible
• Responsiveness: During agreed working hours aligned with UAE time zone

WORKING MODEL & COMMUNICATION

• Dedicated graphic designer
• Reports to Marketing Manager
• Communication via Email, WhatsApp, PM tools, Zoom, Google meet, Teams
• Weekly check-ins and task prioritization
• Clear task briefs provided by Marketing manager

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Strong portfolio across digital and print
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
• Ability to work across multiple content types and deadlines
• Experience following established brand guidelines

Preferred:

• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, or cultural brands
• Motion graphics or short-form video experience
• Experience working with international or Middle East clients

• Job Timings: On-site 10:00 am to 7:00 pm PKT
• Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
