The mission of the Brand Partnership Studio is to bring Twitch streamers visibility and creativity across Twitch and Amazon through strategic brand partnerships. We enable brands to win in the creator economy by delivering what their target audiences

Reporting to the US Lead of the Brand Partnership Studio, the Supervising Creative Producer will be a player-coach contributing to the Brand Partnership Studio mission within the New York office. In this role, you'll primarily oversee a team of Creative Producers and Senior Creative Producers, ensuring their projects stay on track creatively to delight our customers. You'll track multiple concurrent projects across the team, monitoring creative quality, timelines, and budgets. If a project gets off track, you'll escalate appropriately or step in to assist or take over production. While your primary focus is team oversight, you may also manage your own activations. As a Supervising Creative Producer, you'll help set the creative vision and production standards for the team, mentor producers on complex challenges, and ensure Brand Partnership Studio content becomes part of popular culture on Twitch while developing the next generation of creative production talent.
Key job responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of Creative Producers, providing guidance on creative strategy, production execution, and stakeholder management
- Ensure all team projects are on track creatively to delight customers and meet Brand Partnership Studio standards
- Identify when projects are going off track and determine appropriate intervention - whether to coach, escalate, or support in day-to-day production
- Synthesize ambiguous information - for example partial Streamer and Client feedback, and creative asks from other stakeholders - into actionable execution plans
- Foster a culture of creative excellence, innovation, and confidence within the team
- Provide performance feedback and support professional development of Creative Producers
- Hands-on produce a small slate of sponsored content projects
About the team
BPS is Amazon's award winning in-house content and tech team supporting the ideation and execution of custom content, sponsorships, and technology on Twitch.
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Knowledge of creator-facing strategy and communications dynamics for streaming media and entertainment
- 6+ years of creative role understanding consumer trends and creating content experience
- Experience working with diverse partners, from executives to content creators

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
