Responsibilities

• To succeed in this role, you should possess deep expertise in major UA platforms like Meta, TikTok Ads, Google UAC, and ASA, and have a solid understanding of unit economics including CAC, LTV, ROI, retention, and ARPU.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, and the ability to work with SQL for data analysis is highly valued.
• You should be experienced in working with AppsFlyer or Adjust, including event setup, cohort analysis, and advanced attribution models.
• Knowledge of SKAdNetwork and strategies for UA optimization under privacy restrictions is important, as is familiarity with competitive analysis tools like Sensor Tower, AppMagic, and Mobile Action.
• Practical experience in building media plans, managing significant budgets, and forecasting KPIs is essential.

• You will be responsible for scaling channels, generating hypotheses, managing significant budgets, and acting as a partner for cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Creative, and CRM.
