Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and lawn care to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Lead a crew of landscapers, providing guidance, training, and support to promote skill development and teamwork.
• Oversee irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water management across sites.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify that all landscaping work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Manage safety protocols by enforcing proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines during all operations.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project scope, schedule work efficiently, and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain equipment inventory, schedule routine maintenance, and ensure tools are used responsibly and safely.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design or construction with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
• Demonstrated supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, gardening methods, and general landscape maintenance.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Experience working with various landscaping equipment and tools while maintaining safety standards.
