Job Summary

The Senior CRM Developer should have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to contribute to the development and customization of CRM solutions. This position will involve working closely with the technical team to deliver solutions that enhance business processes and integrate seamlessly with other systems within the government sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customizations, workflows, and integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM .
• Customize CRM modules, entities, and views as per client requirements.
• Ensure successful integration with external systems, including legacy government platforms.
• Work with business analysts to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of the delivered solutions.
• Optimize system performance and conduct regular code reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, including C# and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience in developing plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows within Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with integration tools and APIs for connecting to external systems.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality CRM solutions for complex government systems.
• Capability to work on integration projects with legacy platforms.
• Hands-on experience developing plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
