We have an opening for a Senior CRM Project Manager to join our Business Development and Marketing team to help drive adoption and optimization of our recently implemented Intapp DealCloud platform across the firm.

The Senior CRM Project Manager will partner with business development, marketing and IT to ensure the system is configured to support firm priorities, provide actionable insights, and enable seamless business development and client relationship management. The role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong project management skills. Additionally, the Senior CRM Project Manager will support the day-to-day operation, optimization, and project management of the CRM system, as well as serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and users to ensure adoption, data quality, and integration across the firm.

In this capacity, the Senior CRM Project Manager will:

  • Serve as a day-to-day project lead for the firm’s CRM system (DealCloud), working closely with digital, BD, marketing and IT teams;
  • Manage CRM-related projects, including system enhancements, integrations, reporting tools and new functionality;
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, coordinating with IT, vendors and stakeholders;
  • Drive user adoption through training, communications, and responsive support for lawyers, business development and professional staff;
  • Develop and enforce data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of CRM data;
  • Oversee large-scale data initiatives, including cleanup projects, dataset uploads and integration efforts;
  • Design, generate, and automate reports and dashboards to provide actionable business intelligence;
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements;
  • Partner with BD, Marketing, and Practice Groups to leverage CRM capabilities in pursuit of client development and firmwide growth initiatives; and
  • Support additional data and technology-related projects as assigned.

Proficiencies:

  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, priorities and stakeholders (PMP or similar certification a plus);
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, data functions and manipulation);
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels;
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting tools and API integrations; and
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (required);
  • 8 years of experience in CRM management, database systems or marketing technology (professional services environment preferred); and
  • Hands-on experience with Intapp DealCloud (configuration, reporting, workflows and integrations).

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $154,500 and a maximum of $175,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.

The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
