Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Waffarha’s CRM system, ensuring seamless execution of customer communication strategies.
- Develop and implement customer journey flows to increase retention, activation, and engagement.
- Segment users based on behavior, demographics, and other factors to personalize communication.
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, push notifications, in-app messages) to engage
and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.
- Ensure data hygiene and accuracy within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role. With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to analyze customer data and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience in creating and optimizing automated customer journeys.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for improving customer experience and driving engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£400.00 - E£500.00 per month
